Enterprise Architecture
The Phoenix Group of Virginia Senior Professionals utilize a hands-on approach to Enterprise Architecture planning and development by leveraging our knowledge of existing architecture management plans, through application of our direct experience in Enterprise Architecture development, deployment and integration, and through research and investigation of best practices as they relate to the specific needs of our customer. Our Senior Professionals will work directly with, and fully support, your organization utilizing a hands-on consulting approach that will lead to the development of an Architecture Management Plan, required Architecture Products, and a fully integrated Architecture Repository that provides:

- Architecture definition development of relevant model diagrams and related definitions as required to support your organizational requirements.

- Defines Organizational Responsibilities as they relate to the domain specific responsibilities of the various architecture products, the information contained within the architecture products, and the cross-domain responsibilities.

- Delineation of Architecture products as Mandatory (required) and Supporting (non-required) diagrams and definitions, as they relate to the overall purpose of the Architecture Management Plan.

- Identification of Architecture View Relationships and a process for development of Mandatory and Supporting diagrams and definitions.

- Delivery requirements and timelines to support the development and execution of the Enterprise Architecture.
