Concept Development
NATO ACT’s Joint Experimentation Exercises & Assessment (JEEA) Subdivision is responsible for searching for new ideas or concepts aimed at producing transformed joint capabilities in NATO. Through Concept Development and Experimentation (CD&E), PGV assists JEEA by promoting a collaborative approach that facilitates cohesion within NATO's internal agencies as well as the nation's Ministries of Defences and Research and Technology organizations to address the military capability shortfalls across the spectrum of military functions -- operations, doctrine, training material, leadership development, personnel, facilities and interoperability.
Within JEEA, PGV leads the development of emerging concepts, conducts and enables NATO’s experimentation efforts and coordinates the development and experimentation efforts to provide capabilities that support current and future threats to NATO forces.
