Program Management
PGV provides the knowledge and experience to assist NATO ACT with project development from inception to development to completion of NATO ACT’s experiments. PGV’s Program Managers provide strategic guidance and direction for NATO’s experimentation sub-division, manage and control funds and resources, and provide the capability to manage multi-task contracts within NATO ACT.

PGV supports NATO ACT with two key positions in Program Management:
Program Manager I and Program Manager II.

Program Manager I:
Assists with design and management efforts of NATO ACT’s experimentation efforts. The Program Manager I processes, plans, coordinates, designs and produces NATO’s Experimentation Program of Work. Additionally, the Program Manager manages the overall contract, evaluates performance, defines priorities, and manages quality control and contract support issues.

Program Manager II:
Assists with managing NATO ACT’s experimentation efforts. The Program Manager II engages NATO’s Operations Command, other nations, and research agencies to meet the demands of NATO ACT’s Program of Work. The Program Manager II also manages the development and execution of JEEA’s Operational Experimentation efforts to include management and marketing strategies, building partnerships, and obtaining customer feedback.
